What is processed and why
We collect personal data on this site only when you fill in a form. The contact form asks for your name, company, email, phone and message; the dealership form also asks for your city.
This data is used only to answer your request, to send you a quotation and to review your dealership application. The server that hosts the site also records the IP address and browser information of visitors automatically, for security.
How it is collected and the legal basis
Your personal data is collected electronically and entirely automatically, through the forms on this website.
Form data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5/2 (c) of the Law, being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and Article 5/2 (f), being necessary for our legitimate interests. Server logs are kept under Article 5/2 (ç), our legal obligations, and Article 5/2 (f), our legitimate interest in the security of the site.
Transfers
So that your form reaches us, it is transferred to an email delivery service called Web3Forms, whose servers are located outside Türkiye. The embedded map on the contact page is provided by Google, and your IP address is sent to Google when you open that page.
If you accept on the cookie banner, a Meta (Facebook) measurement code runs so we can see how our advertising performs, and data about your visit is transferred to Meta. If you do not accept, the code never runs. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
Apart from these, your personal data is not shared with third parties, sold, or passed on for marketing. It may be shared with authorized public bodies only where the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Data you send through a form is kept for up to 2 years after your request is concluded, and deleted at the end of that period. If a commercial relationship begins, the retention periods required by the applicable legislation apply. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you may apply to us and ask to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed.
- Request information if it has been processed.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- Know the third parties inside or outside Türkiye to whom it has been transferred.
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
- Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law.
- Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to.
- Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis.
- Claim compensation if you suffer loss because the data was processed unlawfully.
