This policy covers the website at greenxform.com. The site is operated by ÖZAK ÜRETİM TEKNOLOJİ VE ENDÜSTRİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
In short: we ask for information only when you fill in a form. You do not have to give us anything to browse the site.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact or dealership form, the name, company, email, phone, city and message you type reach us. Beyond that, the server hosting the site keeps technical records such as IP address and browser information, for security.
We use this only to get back to you. We do not sell it, pass it on as a marketing list, or send newsletters.
Cookies
The site itself uses no cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is your language choice; it is not sent to us and contains nothing about your identity.
The embedded Google Maps window on the contact page may set its own cookies, which belong to Google.
The site also carries a Meta (Facebook) measurement code, used to see whether our advertising works. It runs only if you accept on the cookie banner; if you do not, it is never loaded. You can change your decision through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
Where the information goes
Your form reaches sales@greenxform.com through an email delivery service called Web3Forms, whose servers are located outside Türkiye.
If you accept, measurement data goes to Meta Platforms, whose servers are outside Türkiye.
Our Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook links are ordinary links; no data goes to those platforms unless you click them. The video on the site is hosted on our own server.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted. Even so, no method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, identity numbers, or bank or card details through the forms. We will never ask for such information through a form.
Your rights and changes
